The Front Row pins your listing above every other vendor on your city and trade page, and above the ranked list for your city. One vendor holds each seat. When it is taken, it is taken.

Price
Google Ads bills you for every click, and the vendor across town can outbid you tomorrow. The Front Row is a flat $149 a month and nobody can bid you out of it.

02 · The rules
A seat worth paying for is a seat people trust.
VendorRoster lists 25,600+ vendors and publishes 176 ranked lists by city and trade. Four rules keep a paid seat honest inside all of it.
Insurance checked
We check your insurance before we put you in front of a property manager. The check and the Verified seal are part of the price.
One seat, one vendor
One vendor per trade, per city. We do not rotate the seat, split it, or sell a second one next to it.
Labelled as paid
The card carries a "Paid placement" label. Property managers trust a register that tells them what is an ad.
The ranking stays unpaid
Our ranked lists order vendors by Google rating, weighted for review count. The seat sits above the list and never inside it.
03 · Check your seat
Pick your trade and city. See if it is open.
If the seat in your city is not yours, it belongs to a vendor you bid against.
No payment on this page. We reply within one business day, ask for your insurance certificate, and send the first invoice. The seat goes live once both are in.
