Maple House Management looks after houses whose owners are away — abroad for months, split between cities, or simply too busy to deal with the place. We are the person at the house when you are not.
The core of the service is the weekly walk-through: every room, every visit, checking for leaks, humidity, pests, alarms and anything out of place, with a photo report in your inbox the same day. For vacant properties, the visit log satisfies the occupancy-check clause most home insurance policies attach to an empty house.
Around the walk-through we handle the rest of ownership at a distance: getting quotes and letting trades in, doing small repairs on the spot, receiving deliveries and mail, and prepping the house before you land — heat on, fridge stocked, everything working. One monthly retainer, $500 to $2,000 depending on the size of the house and what it needs. West Vancouver, Shaughnessy, Point Grey and Vancouver.

Packages received and brought inside, mail collected and forwarded, furniture and appliance deliveries supervised.

Tell us when you land: heat on, fridge stocked, taps run, everything checked and working before you walk in the door.
