Vancouver Organizing Team does the part of organizing most people never get to: the hands-on sort, the decisions, and the trip to the dump afterwards.
We work one space at a time — a garage, a closet, a kitchen and pantry, a condo storage locker, a basement. Everything comes out, gets sorted into keep, sell, donate and dump, and goes back in with zones, containers and labels you can actually maintain. Shelving and hooks go up if the space needs them. You can work alongside us or hand over the keys.
What you are letting go of leaves with us the same visit: furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, renovation leftovers and bagged junk loaded into the truck and taken to the transfer station, the recycling depot or a donation centre, in that order of preference. What we do

Garage reset
Everything out, floor swept, zones for tools, sport gear, seasonal and the car. Shelving and hooks installed if you want them, and the junk gone in our truck.

Closets & wardrobes
Edit by category, fold and hang by a system you can keep, donation bags out the door. Bedroom, hall and linen closets.

Kitchen & pantry
Cupboards and drawers emptied, expired food out, zones for cooking, baking and snacks, a label on every bin.

Storage rooms & lockers
Condo lockers, basements and crawlspaces sorted into keep, sell, donate and dump — with the dump run done before we leave.

Haul-away & dump runs
Furniture, appliances, mattresses, e-waste, renovation leftovers and bagged junk loaded and taken to the transfer station, the depot or a donation centre.

Move-out clear-out
A whole home or one room emptied ahead of a sale, a move or a tenant turnover. Sorted into what goes with you, what gets donated and what gets dumped.
Send a photo of the mess.
Email or text a couple of photos of the space and what you want it to be. We reply with a flat quote for the sort and the haul-away, usually the same day.
